Ventana is one of many Bay Area independent schools that uses Ravenna for online applications. Once you create an account in Ravenna, you’ll be able to explore the admissions process, register for events, and begin your application to Ventana.

Our regular admissions deadline for the 2026–2027 school year passed on January 21, 2026. However, we are continuing to accept rolling applications.

For preschool applicants, rolling applications will be placed in our wait pool. As you explore Ventana in Ravenna, you’ll also see upcoming monthly tours, offered in April, May, and June.

For Kindergarten through 5th grade, rolling applications are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on available openings. We encourage you to reach out to admissions@ventanaschool.org to inquire and discuss current opportunities.

If you submit a rolling application and a space does not become available for this school year, we are happy to provide a waiver code for your application fee for the next admissions cycle.

Our next admissions season opens on September 1, 2026, with a deadline in late January 2027 for families applying for the 2027–2028 school year.

  • Monthly tours are offered during the rolling admissions season in April, May, and June. No tours are scheduled from July through September. Weekly tours will resume in October for families interested in applying for the 2027–2028 school year
