All fees are based on the 2026–2027 school year

  • We offer extended care from 3:00 - 5:30 PM as an option for families who need it. The 10 month subscription for 3-4:30PM is XXX and for 3-5:30PM is $XXX Families can also purchase a 5-session bundle, and single day drop in rate is also available. More information can be found here

  • After-school enrichment classes for elementary students are available from 3:00 to 4:30 PM. The regular cost is $46 per session. For those with an annual subscription, enrichment classes are $20 per session. Find more details here.

  • Our Hot Lunch program is offered through My Green Lunch. A sample menu and pricing can be found on their website.

  • The Instrumental Music Program is an additional after school program that 2nd-5th Grade students can choose to participate in to enhance their musicianship. The cost is $1000 per semester. More information and pricing can be found here.

 

Tuition for 2026-2027 School Year

Preschool (Age 2-4)

The core curriculum day runs from 9 am to 3 pm.

  • Preschool 10-month Program: $34,200

    • Full-time (five days per week), mid-August through early June

    • Tuition down payment: $5,000 upon signing the enrollment contract

    • Monthly Tuition: $2,920 (10 monthly payments beginning July 1, 2026)

  • Preschool 12-month Program: $40,040

    • Full-time (five days per week), mid-August through end of July

    • Tuition down payment: $5,000 upon signing the enrollment contract

    • Monthly Tuition: $2,920 (10 monthly payments beginning July 1, 2026)

  • Additional Fees Due Upon Signing the Enrollment Contract

    • Administrative Fee: $250

    • New Student Enrollment Fee: $500

Elementary (Kindergarten-5th Grade)

The core curriculum day runs from 8:30 am to 3 pm from mid-August through early June.

  • Kindergarten-5th Grade: $41,400.

    • Tuition includes all books and materials, technology, and day field trip fees

    • The tuition down payment ($13,800 for Kindergarteners and $6,500 for 1st through 5th graders) is due upon signing the contract. The balance is paid in two installments on May 1st and November 1st.

  • Additional Fees Due Upon Signing the Enrollment Contract

    • Administrative Fee: $250

    • New Student Enrollment Fee: $1,000 for all Kindergartners and new students in other elementary grades

Flexible Tuition

A private school education is an investment in your child’s future. We understand that affording independent school tuition in addition to the cost of living in the Bay Area can be challenging. We are committed to making Ventana accessible to as many families from a broad range of economic circumstances as possible by offering flexible tuition. In the 2024-2025 school year, 25% of Ventana students benefited from flexible tuition.

Ventana school uses the Clarity Application to determine a family’s level of financial need based on the information that families share in the application which includes assets, income, expenses, and debts. To get started, please go to the Clarity Application and create an account. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete. The deadline for completing the flexible tuition application including relevant supplemental documents is Jan 21, 2026.
