Matriculation Process

Ventana’s middle school placement process supports families as they move from school exploration to final placement. Beginning in 4th grade, the matriculation team provides families with access to resources, information sessions, and personalized guidance to help navigate school options and applications. Once middle school decisions are released, the team continues to partner with families—supporting them in evaluating offers, navigating waitlists, and ultimately securing the best fit for each student.
