After-school enrichment classes are offered for elementary students. Families register for classes that run from 3:30 to 4:30 PM. When enrolled in an enrichment class, students receive complimentary extended care from 3:00 to 3:30 PM and a snack. Enrichment class payments are non-refundable, regardless of individual circumstances, after the first class has been held. Parents are given adequate advance notice if the enrichment class is canceled due to low enrollment.

Three enrichment sessions are scheduled during the school year. The offerings may change for each of the sessions. Enrichment class offerings will be shared via the Ventana Weekly prior to the start of each new session. This will also include information about how to register.

Elementary Enrichment sessions conclude at 4:30 PM. Students who have not been picked up by the end of their Enrichment Session will be escorted to the supervised Extended Care program and signed in by the instructor. Families can purchase “top-ups” to secure care from 4:30 to 5:30 PM.

Pricing for Enrichment Classes

Regular cost - $46 per class during the session

For those with annual subscriptions, $20 per class during the session

Enrichment Classes - Session One

The first session of enrichment classes starts the week of Sept. 8, 2026, and ends the week of Dec. 6, 2026.

Registration begins on Tuesday, August 25th, at noon through Ventana's Veracross Parent Portal.

If a class fills up before you’re able to register, you can now check the “Waitlist” box to add your child’s name to a waitlist. As spots become available, we’ll fill them in the order in which names were added.

Students on the waitlist will also receive priority access for the next round of enrichment classes in the spring. Parents of waitlisted students will be contacted one week before general registration opens to confirm whether they would like to claim a spot for their child.
