Enrichment Classes for Elementary Students 2025-2026
After-school enrichment classes are offered for elementary students. Families register for classes that run from 3:30 to 4:30 PM. When enrolled in an enrichment class, students receive complimentary extended care from 3:00 to 3:30 PM and a snack. Enrichment class payments are non-refundable, regardless of individual circumstances, after the first class has been held. Parents are given adequate advance notice if the enrichment class is canceled due to low enrollment.
Three enrichment sessions are scheduled during the school year. The offerings may change for each of the sessions. Extended care options and offerings will be shared via the Ventana Weekly prior to the start of each new session. This will also include information about how to register.
Elementary Enrichment sessions conclude at 4:30 PM. Students who have not been picked up by the end of their Enrichment Session will be escorted to the supervised Extended Care program and signed in by the instructor. Families can purchase “top-ups” to secure care from 4:30 to 5:30 PM.
Pricing for Enrichment Classes
Regular cost - $45 per class during the session
For those with annual subscriptions - $18 per class during the session
Enrichment Classes - Session 2
The first session of enrichment classes starts the week of January 5th, 2026, and ends the week of March 30th, 2026.
Registration begins on Tuesday, December 2nd, at noon through Ventana's Extended Care Web App. Tap on the “Purchasing and Scheduling Enrichment Classes” to sign up.
We’ve added a new feature to our web app to make the process smoother.
If a class fills up before you’re able to register, you can now click the “Wishlist” button to add your child’s name to a waitlist. As spots become available, we’ll fill them in the order names were added.
Students on the waitlist will also receive priority access for the next round of enrichment classes in the spring. Parents of waitlisted students will be contacted one week before general registration opens to confirm whether they would like to claim a spot for their child.
